Welsh government can't guarantee lives won't be lost in another coal tip disaster like Aberfan
Tuesday, 8 April 2025 It is "difficult" to give a "cast iron guarantee" that lives won't be lost because of a coal tip disaster, the deputy first minister of Wales has told Sky News.
Green Party members in England and Wales have until Saturday to decide who should be their next leader.
