Cyber attack on M&S involved 'sophisticated impersonation'
Tuesday, 8 July 2025 () The chairman of Marks & Spencer has told MPs the company is "still in the rebuild mode" following a cyber attack which led to empty shelves and limited online operations for months.
Marks & Spencer has partially restored online shopping after a ransomware attack in April. A limited range of fashion items are now available for delivery in parts of the UK.
