Three women appear in court after van driven into defence factory fence
Tuesday, 22 July 2025 () Three women have appeared in court charged with malicious mischief after a van was driven into the fence of a defence factory in Edinburgh.
The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh were seen departing St Paul's Cathedral following a memorial service for the 7/7 terror attacks. Also seen departing the cathedral was Sir Keir Starmer, London Mayor Sadiq Khan and former prime minister Theresa May.

King Charles and Queen Camilla unveiled a memorial stone in memory of the late Queen Elizabet hII at St Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh as part of their visit to Scotland for Royal Week. Their Majesties braved the rain as they carried out several engagements throughout the day, including a visit to the Kirkcaldy War Memorial.
