The Tihar Jail administration has some explaining to do. Delhi Police has regularly flagged the need to keep archrivals in separate jails and this was to have been assiduously followed in the case of gangsters belonging to the feuding duo of Sunil 'Tillu' Tajpuria and the slain Jitender Gogi.
