Expressing concern over deteriorating law and order, and rising drug menace in Punjab, Union home minister Amit Shah gunned for chief minister (CM) Bhagwant Mann at a BJP rally in Gurdaspur on Sunday, saying that instead of serving the state, Mann had been working as a pilot for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal's political expeditions across the country.
