A day after a joint operation by UP police and special task force (STF), in which four men in their 20s were arrested in Ambala for allegedly attacking and wounding Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad on June 28, senior police officers on Sunday elaborated on the motive behind what they termed as an "impromptu attack" on the Dalit leader.
