Barring a few modified sports bikes that vroomed around, residents of 6th Cross in Pampanagar of Amrutahalli, near Hebbal-Kempapura weren't used to much commotion. But late Tuesday afternoon, the inhabitants of the nondescript stretch received a shocker when two persons were hacked to death in their vicinity.
