Only 25 of NCP’s 53 MLAs attend Maharashtra assembly on Monday

Around half the NCP MLAs who are now divided between two factions stayed away from the first day of the state assembly which convened on Monday for the monsoon session, with the confusion within the rank and file created by Ajit Pawar camp’s meetings with party founder Sharad Pawar for two days in succession.
