Ahead of the November assembly elections, Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel announced benefits worth Rs 1,764 crore for different segments of government employees and rural housing scheme 'Nyay Yojana', aimed at providing homes to the homeless rural people in the state.
