Assam MLA quits as delimitation dilutes bastion

Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) stalwart and incumbent MLA Prodip Hazarika resigned from the party on Saturday in protest against the dilution of Amguri constituency, a bastion he had represented for nearly four decades in Assam's Sivasagar district, reports Kangkan Kalita.
