Don't be swayed by Congress' poll promises, chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Sunday told a packed rally at Suryapet, pointing to Karnataka, where he claimed the state, including its capital Bengaluru was being wracked by power cuts within three months of the party wresting power.
