Gift her book on Constitution: Bombay HC to advocate who blamed his junior for dismissal of appeal

Bombay high court recently directed an advocate to gift a book written by American historian Granville Austin on the Indian Constitution to a junior colleague he blamed for not informing him about the dates on which a matter was listed for hearing but was dismissed for non-prosecution.
