Arrested IRS officer Sachin Sawant visited Kochi around 20 times to meet his friend, Navya Nair, a popular Malayalam actor, and gifted her a gold anklet worth Rs 1.75 lakh, according to a chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate.
