No consensus on Maratha quota, activist to quit water from today

The latest round of talks between Maratha activist Manoj Jarange and the Maharashtra government failed to reach a consensus on the Maratha reservation issue. Jarange announced that he will intensify his protest by going on a water and medical treatment strike.
