Home is where flyover is: Homeless return as Delhi G20 Summit concludes

Due to the absence of a policy on rehabilitating homeless people, the gains made by the city during the recently concluded G20 summit may soon get diluted. Already, the homeless have started returning to make their dwellings under the flyovers, some of them claiming that when evicting them from the sites, the cops had instructed them to return after the summit.
