The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International (SVPI) airport in Ahmedabad is experiencing a surge in private jet movement due to the World Cup. Estimates suggest that over 200 jets will be flying in for the opening match and the highly anticipated India-Pakistan match. This private jet traffic is on top of the already busy schedule of over 250 scheduled flights per day. With the increasing interest in the World Cup, the airport is expecting a significant rise in private jet movement compared to September.
