Union agriculture minister Narendra Singh Tomar, potential MP CM face, yet to step into Dimni

IndiaTimes Wednesday, 11 October 2023
Union agriculture minister Narendra Singh Tomar has not yet visited the assembly constituency of Dimni in Morena district, despite being named as the BJP candidate two weeks ago. Tomar is one of three Union ministers being fielded in the assembly polls as part of the BJP's strategy to counter anti-incumbency and project multiple potential faces for the chief minister's post. Some speculate that Tomar's absence from his own battle arena may be due to his dissatisfaction with being fielded in a seat that Congress won in previous elections.
