Telangana polls: Despite 236 defeats, ‘Election King’ tests his luck in Gajwel

K Padmarajan, known as the 'Election King', has entered the Telangana assembly polls, making it his 237th election. Despite always being on the losing side, Padmarajan's goal is to create a world record by contesting the most number of elections and making it to the Guinness World Records. He has previously contested for various positions, including President and Rajya Sabha, and has fought Lok Sabha and assembly elections multiple times. Padmarajan describes his profession as 'tyre works' and his annual income as Rs 1 lakh.
