You can be a case study for universities on how to lead people in a crisis, Prime Minister Narendra Modi told Gabbar Singh Negi, a tunnel foreman, who led the 41 trapped workers at Sikyara tunnel for 17 days. In a telephonic interaction with the rescued workers late Tuesday night, the PM lauded the efforts of Negi and another worker (Saba Ahmed) for their spirit and leadership quality during the crisis. He also praised the strength and βpatienceβ of the workers and their family members, and full cooperation during the rescue process rather than creating pressure on agencies.
