PM Modi launches initiative to increase number of Jan Aushadhi Kendras

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched an initiative to increase the number of Jan Aushadhi Kendras from 10,000 to 25,000. The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra aims to ensure the benefits of government schemes reach all targeted beneficiaries. The Prime Minister also highlighted drone demonstrations, health check-up camps, and inspection camps for sickle cell anaemia. The landmark 10,000th Jan Aushadi Kendra was inaugurated at AIIMS, Deoghar. The Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP) sells generic drugs at affordable prices.
