GOC Trishakti Corps interacts with soldiers deployed in East Sikkim

GOC Trishakti Corps, Lt General VPS Kaushik, visited forward areas in Sikkim and reviewed operational preparedness. He interacted with officers and soldiers deployed in icy heights of East Sikkim, commended them for commitment to duty despite challenging terrain and weather conditions. Trishakti Corps celebrated Hilli Day, commemorating victory at battle of Hilli in 1971 War. Corps rescued stranded tourists due to heavy snowfall in East and North Sikkim, providing shelter, clothing, medical aid, and meals.
