Court allows CBI to quiz Rana Kapoor in loan fraud case

The court allows CBI to question Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor about the loan granted to Ezeego One Travels and Tours Limited (EOTTL) by Yes Bank. Kapoor, former MD and CEO of Yes Bank, is currently in judicial custody for a money laundering case. The CBI wants to question Kapoor regarding the EOTTL loan, which was sanctioned despite the firm's weak financial condition. Kapoor also directed bank officials to grant a short-term loan to EOTTL without additional security.
