P K Mishra: Need effective public policy to make India developed nation

Mishra emphasized the need for transparent, accountable, and effective public policy to make India a developed nation by 2047. He called for continuous innovation and reinvention to remain competitive. Researchers were urged to help policymakers assess citizens' needs, evaluate interventions, and design responsive, inclusive, and sustainable policies.
