Insurer cites 'type of heart attack' to deny claim

A private insurer was directed by the Bharuch Consumer Commission to pay the coverage of a home loan to a woman whose husband died of sudden cardiac arrest. The insurance company had rejected the claim citing technicalities related to the type of heart attack.
