CM Naveen Patnaik to unveil the Rs 800-crore Shree Mandira Parikrama Prakalpa in Puri today. The project transformed the 12th century shrine's periphery with a pathway, greenery, illumination, and washrooms. The inauguration is a celebration for the Odia community after 700 years of transformation around the Jagannath Temple.
