Wednesday, 17 January 2024 The Alipore sessions court rejects the revision petition of Trinamool Basirhat MP Nusrat Jahan, who had requested to be exempted from appearing in person in a cheating and breach of trust case. Jahan, a former director of 7 Sense Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, is accused of taking money from 429 homebuyers and failing to deliver promised flats.
