Event venue lacked safety measures: Company on CEO death

US-based Indian CEO of Vistex Asia-Pacific Private Ltd, Sanjay Shah, died in a freak accident at Ramoji Film City during the company's silver jubilee celebrations. A representative alleged that the organisers failed to provide proper safety measures. The police are investigating. Abdullapurmet police wrote to departments of factories and labour to find out if there was any negligence on part of the organisers.
