Hindu side to move SC seeking survey of Gyanvapi wuzukhana

IndiaTimes Saturday, 27 January 2024
Legal representatives of the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi mosque case are planning to request the Supreme Court for another scientific study and survey by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). They specifically want to focus on the wuzukhana (ablution pond) and the ground beneath the central dome. The advocates argue that ASI's radars did not yield satisfactory results in the previous survey.
