Disgruntled JMM MLA makes U-turn

On Sunday, MLA Lobin Hembrom, who had previously threatened to resign from the JMM, declared his backing for CM Champai Soren ahead of Monday's floor test. Hembrom had voiced discontent with the leadership for selecting Champai, a senior figure from Kolhan division, as CM, while neglecting MLAs from the party's stronghold in Santhal Pargana for the position.
