AAP leader Sanjay Singh not allowed to take oath as Rajya Sabha MP

Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh has been denied permission to take oath as a Member of Parliament today. Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar has referred the matter to the Privileges Committee. Singh, who has been arrested and charge-sheeted in the Delhi Excise Policy money laundering case, has been allowed to take oath in judicial custody.
