PWD notice to L&T on Delhi's Pragati tunnel 'flaws', company makes Rs 500 crore 'counter-claim'

Delhi govt's PWD serves legal notice on Larsen and Toubro for deficiencies in Pragati Maidan corridor and Bhairon Marg underpass. PWD also serves notices on Pradeep Kumar Parmar and Iqbal Singh. Waterlogging and seepage issues persist. L&T counterclaims Rs 500 crore. Major design flaws pose threat to commuters. Project funded by Centre, executed by PWD, L&T as contractor.
