Chandrababu Naidu signals possible return to NDA, resumes talks with BJP

Telegu Desam Party (TDP) chief and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu is likely to return to the NDA fold, after having quit the Narendra Modi-led alliance before the Lok Sabha polls in 2019, on a bitter note. Naidu arrived here on Wednesday evening for a likely meeting with the BJP leadership including home minister Amit Shah to work out a fresh deal between the erstwhile alliance partners who had fallen out. A meeting between Naidu and Shah is expected to finalise the issue of an alliance between the two sides.
