Gujarat high court grants divorce to man whose wife, a schizophrenia patient and an ardent follower of a spiritual cult, refused conjugal obligations for a decade. Wife's medical condition, refusal to perform conjugal obligations, staying away from matrimonial home, and testimonies of doctors and witnesses were sufficient grounds for divorce. Husband ordered to pay Rs 5 lakh as permanent alimony.
