‘Undue interference by in-laws cruelty’: Man granted divorce

Delhi High Court grants divorce to a man on grounds of cruelty by his wife due to unwarranted interference of wife's parents and family members, causing immense harassment and mental cruelty. The wife's influence, rejection of matrimony, long separation, and marital discord resulted in the complete loss of understanding. Continuing the dead relationship would perpetuate further cruelty.
