2 women jump from fourth floor to escape blaze in Dwarka, 83-year-old dies

An 83-year-old woman died and her granddaughter was injured when they jumped from the fourth floor to escape a fire in their apartment in Dwarka. The fire safety equipment in the Pacific Apartments was not functional and its fire safety certificate had expired.
