Calling unknown woman 'darling' offensive: HC

Calcutta High Court judge found the word 'darling' to be an offensive and sexually coloured remark in an appeal case. Former advocate general of Bengal believed a simple warning would have sufficed. Psychologist stated that 'darling' has a sexual connotation in a special relationship.
