POCSO case against Yediyurappa handed over to CID for probe

Former CM Yediyurappa's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) case has now been handed over with CID, involving a 17-year-old girl's complaint, denied by him as a setup, amid political implications. The complaint was registered in February. Yediyurappa denied the charge and said the woman was trying to meet him but at police station, she twisted her statement.
