Bank manager and accomplice arrested in Rs 14 lakh fraud involving part-time work scheme. Victim lured with remote tasks, virtual wallet transactions, and promised commissions. Investigation led by Jt CP Lakhmi Gautam and DCP Datta Nalawade.
