Former police constable sentenced to five years for sexual assault on minor

A 58-year-old retired police constable was sentenced to 5 years for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at a Mulund hospital police booth in 2017. The judge noted legislation for child protection and the aggravated sexual assault charge.
