Voters don't need to know every detail of a neta's assets: SC

The Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that failing to disclose all assets owned by an electoral candidate does not constitute a defect, and that such assets must be of substantial value to invalidate an election, while also stating that the right of voters to know must be balanced with candidates' right to privacy.
