With 26.6 lakh registered voters in Dhubri, the turnout means that 2.1 lakh people did not vote. This is in sharp contrast to Nawada (Bihar) where 11.4 lakh of the over 20 lakh registered voters did not turn up, translating into a turnout of 43.2%, the lowest in the first three rounds. During the third phase, Amreli in Gujarat, with 50.3% polling, saw the lowest turnout, according to data available on the Election Commission's voter app.
