Soren drops bail plea after Supreme Court frowns on it

A vacation bench of Justices Dipankar Datta and S C Sharma critiqued Soren for suppressing from SC that the trial court had taken cognisance of the chargesheet against him and, also, that his bail petition had been dismissed. Soren's lawyer Kapil Sibal was allowed to withdraw the plea on request.
