Narendra Dabholkar killing: Kin move Bombay HC on acquittal of 3

The family of slain rationalist Narendra Dabholkar has approached the Bombay High Court and challenged the sessions court’s judgment that acquitted three persons in the case. Dabholkar’s daughter Mukta also opposed the acquittal of two other accused of conspiracy and terrorist acts under UAPA. A hearing is scheduled for September 23.
