Delhi salon owner arrested for hit-and-run that killed delivery agent

A salon owner, Naveen Kumar, was arrested for a hit-and-run that killed food delivery agent Harendra in southwest Delhi. After scanning over 100 CCTV cameras, police tracked him to his Sadiq Nagar residence where they found his damaged car. Harendra, a multipurpose health worker, supported his wife and six-month-old son.
