Terrorists based in US & Canada behind killing of Shaurya Chakra winner in Punjab, NIA tells SC

NIA informed the Supreme Court that the 2020 murder of Shaurya Chakra awardee Balwinder Singh Sandhu in Punjab was masterminded by Canada-based KLF operative Sunny Toronto and Pakistan-sheltered terrorist Lakhbir Singh Rode. Their aim was to revive the Khalistan movement by targeting anti-Khalistan entities.
