Karnataka HC: Shouting ‘Jai Shri Ram’ won’t outrage anyone’s religious feelings

The Karnataka High Court quashed charges against two men accused of shouting ‘Jai Shri Ram' in a mosque, ruling it did not outrage religious feelings. Justice M Nagaprasanna observed there were no grounds for criminal trespass or public mischief, emphasizing that harmony existed between Hindus and Muslims in the area.
