Charges framed against Congress MP Masood for 2014 ‘boti-boti’ jibe against Narendra Modi

A special court has framed charges against Congress MP Imran Masood for a decade-old speech during the 2014 Lok Sabha elections where he threatened violence against then Gujarat CM Narendra Modi.
