Delhi's cloud seeding plan 'not feasible': Ministry to Rajya Sabha

The Union environment ministry deemed cloud seeding an infeasible solution for Delhi's winter air pollution. Experts cited the absence of required cloud conditions during the dry months, aircraft limitations for high-altitude clouds, and potential adverse effects of seeding chemicals. Delhi's environment minister had requested the Centre to consider the option.
