Ram temple effect: Land in Ayodhya at premium price tag

The Ayodhya Development Authority has launched Vashisth Kunj, a 600-plot residential scheme 20km from the Ram temple, with plots priced between ₹2,700 and ₹3,200 per sq ft. These rates are higher than other Awadh region properties except Lucknow, attracting buyers nationwide seeking post-retirement settlement in Ayodhya. Applications are open until January 8.
