Attempt to poach two Kuno cheetahs foiled; patrolling stepped up

A poaching attempt near the recent cheetah release site in Kuno National Park was thwarted by forest staff. Gunmen, suspected local tribesmen hunting bushmeat, were intercepted and exchanged fire with a patrol before escaping.
